The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

Processing Times for Custom Orders

For all custom printed and/or custom designed items, including custom guitars, processing time is 1–10 weeks unless a specific due date is discussed and agreed upon in advance. If no due date is mentioned by the customer, or if we do not receive a response regarding a requested due date, the order will automatically fall within this 1–10 week processing window.
Because each custom order is made specifically for the client, turnaround times can vary based on design complexity, production requirements, finishing work, and our current order volume. We complete orders in the order they are received and operate on a first come, first served basis to keep things fair for everyone in our queue.
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to give each custom project the time and attention it deserves.

Print Only – Raw resin model with support cleanup (minimal clipping provided). Additional sanding and prep will be required for painting.
Painted & Finished – Your model is clipped, sanded, smoothed, primed, hand-painted to match your desired style, and sealed with a protective clear coat.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Due to the custom nature of most orders - We don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order, we are happy to assist. Thank you!
